Pick-up, return and cancellation

When a vehicle is picked up, Tujaus can automatically create the related Digital Client Register entry based on the rental, vehicle and pick-up information.

When the vehicle is returned, the normal return process triggers the related DCL update.

If a reservation is cancelled, the corresponding DCL cancellation can also be handled as part of the workflow.

No separate AADE step is needed for staff during the normal rental process.

Keep documents connected to the correct rental

Tujaus helps link the receipt or invoice to the correct DCL event.

This can include a FIM receipt from the cash register or a MARK identifier received through myDATA/Impact.

The rental, vehicle movement and related billing document therefore remain connected throughout the process.

This improves traceability and reduces the risk of documents being left unlinked or having to be matched manually afterwards.

Electronic invoicing through Impact

Invoices can be sent from Tujaus through Impact.

The MARK identifier received from the process is stored with the invoice and can be linked to the rental’s DCL information.

This keeps invoicing and the related AADE information connected to the same rental workflow.

For the supported AADE processes, normally no. Once the integration and required settings are configured, AADE actions are triggered by the normal rental workflow in Tujaus, such as vehicle pick-up, return, cancellation and invoicing.
